Sarah is one of the top 10 producing agents for Howard Hanna on Cleveland’s west side, with more than $225 million in real estate sold in her 15-year career. Sarah is proud of the numbers, but what she loves most about working as a realtor is developing relationships with clients who often become friends. She takes a straightforward, educational and kind approach to her work. She’s honest every step of the way, offering valuable market insight backed by her personal experience in the industry. Her advice to sellers is to invest in a realtor you can trust and then trust them! Ask questions, and listen. Expect results and have fun. A real estate transaction can be stressful, but Sarah’s approachable, genuine style and true desire to help clients make the buying and selling journey rewarding and exciting.
Sarah lives in Bay Village with her husband and children. When she’s not selling or showing homes, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She is involved in Bay Presbyterian Church.
Katie has always lived on the westside of Cleveland. Graduating with a degree in Computer Science, she was able to work in several different industries before getting into real estate. Her family has been part of the Bay Village community for over 15 years. Her husband, Harry, is part of the football coaching staff at Bay High School and their children attend Bay Schools. After four years working for the Luchini Team, Katie is excited to have gotten her real estate license and to be partnering up with Sarah!
